What is the difference between Cuex Connect and a custom integration?

Cuex Connect is our proprietary platform that allows you to easily connect commonly used systems to HubSpot - without programming. Ideal if you want to get started quickly with a standard flow. With a custom integration, we build the link completely tailored to your processes, systems and data logic. This is suitable for more complex requirements, industry-specific applications or less common systems.

How long does it take to build an integration?

The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the systems and the requirements. A simple one-way link can be live within a few weeks. For more complex integrations, we typically plan a 4 to 8 week process, including analysis, development and testing.

Do you also work with our IT party or software vendor?

Yes, please do. We coordinate technical details directly with your internal IT department or external supplier, so that everything fits well with your infrastructure. That way we avoid misunderstandings and work together efficiently.

What does a custom integration cost?

The costs depend on the complexity of the systems, the desired logic and any security requirements. During an informal intake we will clearly map this out and you will receive a customized proposal, including a global phasing.
