What do you mean by onboarding?

Onboarding means we guide and support your organisation during the switch to HubSpot. We act as your implementation partner and take care of the full setup. We also provide clear explanations, training and hands-on support – so your team can get started with confidence from day one.

Is onboarding/implementation required if we only want licence advice?

No, onboarding with us is not required. You’re welcome to come to us for licence advice only – for example, if you want to know which package suits your needs best or if you’re unsure about an upgrade. If you decide to continue later, you can always start an onboarding or implementation process with us.

What can I expect after your licence advice?

You’ll receive independent advice on the HubSpot package that best fits your situation – including a clear overview of the features and upgrade options that match your organisation and goals. If you choose to move forward, we can also take care of the full implementation (onboarding) as your HubSpot partner.
